For staged local flap division, MOH benchmarks show:
• Surgeon fee: SGD 1,100 – 2,100
• Anaesthetist: Not applicable

Coverage is generally available:
• Considered part of reconstructive treatment
• Usually linked to a previously covered surgery

Reference the original approved reconstruction when submitting claims.

Staged surgery completes healing. Insurance should recognise continuity of care.
