Medium-volume fat transfer is used to restore contour after trauma, cancer surgery, or congenital defects.

For fat transfer between 50–100cc, MOH benchmarks show:
• Surgeon fee: SGD 3,400 – 5,000
• Anaesthetist: Not applicable

Coverage depends on purpose:
• Reconstructive indications may be covered
• Cosmetic reshaping usually excluded

Volume alone does not determine coverage. Medical indication does.

Reconstruction scales with volume. Insurance decisions scale with documentation.
