Large numbers of keratoses can require surgical excision due to discomfort, bleeding, or cancer risk.

Typical MOH-aligned fees:
• Surgeon fee: SGD 2,000 – 4,000
• Anaesthetist: Not applicable

Coverage depends on indication:
• Symptomatic or high-risk lesions may be covered
• Cosmetic treatment usually excluded
